This oven, designed for powder-lacquering alloy wheels, is extremely compact and gives you the ability to powder-coat up to five full sets of wheels every day, each wheel with a diameter reaching up to 23-inches. The oven may be used for wet-clearing, baking powder coating, as well as lacquering for diamond-cut alloy wheels.

It is completely user-friendly with a simple control system, eliminating the need for manual lifting of heavy alloy wheels. Instead, the four adjustable mobile trolleys are designed for safety and efficiency for your team.

If you are diamond-cutting wheels but having difficulty getting that perfection you find in an OEM finish with lacquer, then this is the oven is the answer you’re looking for.

Prepare your primer, the base coat, and all your lacquer paint layers, then bake and finish the wheel all without having to remove it from the trolley. Each wheel will have its own temperature setting, bake time, and alarm.
